New Delhi, Sep 3: In a shocking incident, a man alleged that his 3.7-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted at her school in Mukherjee Nagar on Wednesday. According to a tweet by ANI, a case has been registered under section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Meanwhile, the police have initiated an investigation into the matter and all angles are being probed.
On Tuesday, the Delhi police had busted a newborn selling racket and had arrested eight people for allegedly selling newborn babies to childless couples. According to a report by The Hindu, the head of the racket is suspected to be a woman who is still absconding.

Earlier in August, a class two student of a New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) school in the upscale Gol Market area was allegedly raped by an electrician inside the institute's premises. Police informed that the incident came to light when the girl narrated her ordeal to her parents after returning from school.
