Delhi: Minor Raped by Four Men After Luring Her With Pizza
A class 10 student of government-run school from East Delhi's Kalyanpuri area was allegedly raped by four people, after luring her for buying a pizza.
New Delhi, October 15: In a horrifying incident, a Class 10 student of government-run school from East Delhi's Kalyanpuri area was allegedly raped by four people, after luring her for buying a pizza. The police have arrested all the four accused which also includes the landlord's son where the girl was staying.
According to the PTI reports, the incident took place on Friday. The survivor used to live with her parents in a rented house in Kalyanpuri. On Friday evening, the landlord's son offered her to buy a pizza and took her to the room where three of his friends, were in the intoxicated state, he also joined them and allegedly raped the girl under the influence of alcohol, police said. Later, when the girl's mother came home from work, the minor narrated the horrifying ordeal and after which they both went to police station. The case was registered under the relevant sections of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) and Indian Penal Code (IPC). All accused including the son of house owner was arrested and taken into custody, on the same day when the complaint was registered.
