Delhi Man Killed by Minor For Talking Loudly on Phone in Jasola Village

New Delhi, February 21: In a shocking incident, a 28-year-old man in Delhi was brutally thrashed to death by a minor for speaking loudly on the phone. According to reports, the juvenile bludgeoned the man in southeast Delhi’s Jasola village on Monday. A report by TOI informs that the accused was later apprehended and sent to a correction home. Reports inform that when locals spotted him lying in pain, they rushed him to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead by doctors. A case of murder has been registered into the matter. An investigation has begun and police teams are scanning the CCTV footage from the area know the exact sequence of events. During the investigations, it was revealed that the victim had an altercation with a juvenile after which the man was identified and nabbed. The boy confessed to the crime and said he attacked Amit with a stone. The juvenile told counsellors that while he was walking in the park, he ran into Amit, who was on phone. He said that he had asked Amit to lower his voice as it was disturbing him but he refused.

Anguished by the man’s behaviour, an argument broke out between the duo and in a fit of rage, the juvenile picked up a stone and attacked Amit with it. The boy fled from the spot after brutally hitting the man several times with the stone.
