Between 2020 and 2021, the accused allegedly raped her many times, and reportedly confided this with his wife when the victim got pregnant. The underage girl informed police in her complaint that the pregnancy was terminated at home after the official's wife reportedly requested their son to acquire certain medications.
The mother of the 14-year-old victim reportedly met her on January 15 and drove her home. Even after that, the accused kept attempting to get in touch with her. She stopped going to church after he repeatedly sexually assaulted her when she was there in July of this year.
