New Delhi, July 4: In a gross violation of law and order, a man vandalised shops and brandished a sharp weapon in Delhi's Welcome area. The man was reportedly in an inebriated state. The vandalism was recorded in a CCTV camera installed in the area.

The police registered a case under the Arms Act and arrested one accused, Maroof. Cops are also looking for another person identified as Salman. A probe was underway.
