New Delhi, February 14: A fire broke out at a paper card factory in Naraina area of Delhi on Thursday. A total of 20 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and efforts are on to douse the blaze. No casualties have been reported yet. However, the exact cause of the fire has not yet ascertained.
Meanwhile, it is a second major incident of fire in two days. On February 12, a tragic fire at Hotel Arpit Palace in Karol Bagh area claimed 17 lives, including that of a child. The Delhi Police registered a case of culpable homicide in connection with the Karol Bagh fire. Delhi Minister for Home and Urban Development Satyendra Jain also ordered a magisterial inquiry into the tragic blaze.

The fire broke out at Hotel Arpit Palace in the wee hours of February 12. The fire spread to a basement, a ground floor and four other floors. The fire which initially broke out on third and fourth floors, later spread to the down as well.
