Delhi: Fire Breaks Out in Sadar Bazar Area Days After Anaj Mandi Blaze, No Casualties Reported

A fire has broken out in a building at Sadar Bazar area of Delhi. Rescue operations are currently underway. A total of six fire tenders are present at the spot. No casualties have not been reported till now. It is the second incident of fire in the national capital in two days.

It is the second incident of fire in the national capital in two days. On Thursday, a fire broke out in a building in Krishna Nagar area of East Delhi at around 2:10 am. Fire tenders reached the spot and rescued around 40 people. Plastic materials were stored on the ground floor of the four-storey building.

On December 23, nine people were killed after a massive blaze ripped through a three-storey residential-cum-commercial building in outer Delhi's Kirari area. The incident came days after 43 people were killed in a massive fire in a four-storey building housing illegal manufacturing units in north Delhi's congested Anaj Mandi area on December 8.
