New Delhi, March 18: A massive fire broke out at a chemical factory in Swaran Park of Delhi’s Mundka. Around 15 fire tenders rushed to the spot. No casualties have been reported till now. Earlier, in February this year, at least seventeen people after a massive fire broke out in Delhi. The blaze broke out in Hotel Arpit Palace in Karol Bagh. Balan Mani, Delhi Hotel Association Vice President said the mishap took place due to fire in ducting because of which it had spread to the hotel rooms.
Meanwhile, one Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel was killed in a fire at the fifth floor of Pandit Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan at CGO Complex on March 6. On March 1 also, a massive fire broke out at a cosmetics factory in Sangam Park. No injury or casualty was reported from the incident.
