Delhi: Father and Son Shot Allegedly by Neighbour After Quarrel, Case Registered

The incident took place in Delhi's Nand Nagri on Monday night. As soon as the incident was reported, Police swung into action, following which a case has been registered.

New Delhi, October 30: In a tragic incident, a father and a son duo were shot at after a quarrel with neighbours in Delhi. According to a tweet by ANI, the father and his son were shot at after they engaged in a brawl over some issue with their neighbour. The incident took place in Delhi's Nand Nagri on Monday night. As soon as the incident was reported, Police swung into action, following which a case has been registered.

Reports inform that the father died on the spot while the son has been admitted to hospital. The Police has initiated an investigation into the matter to ascertain the cause of the murder. Delhi Man Kills Wife Over Suspicion of Extra-Marital Affair. 

The incident comes a day after a female teacher was shot dead by unidentified assailants in the national capital. Reports inform that the incident took place while she was on her way to school. According to the police, the incident took place at around 8 am on Monday when bike-borne assailants intercepted the teacher's vehicle, while she was on her way to school.

The 41-year-old victim identified as Sunita. Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajneesh Gupta was quoted by IANS saying that the victim was taken to a nearby hospital where she was declared bought dead. She received three gunshots in her abdomen.
