New Delhi, August 25: The Patiala House Court in Delhi on Saturday dismissed the plea filed by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to restrain police from sharing information on the alleged assault case of Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash with the media. The court will consider the chargesheet in the case on September 18.
Earlier in the day, during the hearing, the Delhi Police accused the ruling AAP of abusing them while the AAP said Delhi Police was trying to make it a media trial. "AAP leaders are making derogatory remarks on Delhi police. They are maligning our image & also trying to influence court proceedings," Delhi Police said in court today.
