New Delhi, December 30: The pollution in the national capital has once again deteriorated and has turned severe. The AQI was at 462 in Anand Vihar and at 494 in Okhla Phase-2, both falling in the 'severe' category. A thick layer of fog has enveloped the city, increasing humidity levels and slow winds together pushed Delhi’s air quality into the ‘severe’ category on Sunday, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) hovering around 431.
