Delhi: 4 Labourers Die After Mishap in an Under-Construction Building at Narela

The incident took place when the labourers were sitting atop the crane. Suddenly, the wire connecting the crane snapped and the labourers fell to their death.

Delhi, October 29: In an unfortunate incident in Delhi, four labourers died after they reportedly fell from a crane while working in an under-construction building. The accident happened when the wire connecting the crane snapped and the labourers sitting atop the crane fell on the ground.

According to reports, when the incident took place, there was chaos all round which may have been the reason why the labourers could not be helped immediately after the accident.

According to media reports, the incident took place near Delhi's Narela district. The project where the mishap took place is undertaken by a private company building a Delhi Development Authority (DDA) building. The incident took place when the labourers were sitting atop the crane. Suddenly, the wire connecting the crane snapped and the labourers fell to their death on the ground.
