Kolkata, August 23: Two Trinamool Congress workers were killed while four were injured in a crude bomb blast at a TMC office in West Bengal. The blast occurred at the party's office in Narayangar in West Midnapore.

The incident happened early on Thursday morning. According to reports, the area comes under the Maoist belt where violence has increased in the recent past.

The building has also suffered damages with the roof and a wall having collapsed due to the explosion. The police are investigating how crude bombs got inside the building.
