Jaipur, August 13: A man from Rajasthan’s Churu district was arrested at Jaipur airport after arriving from Kuwait. The arrest followed serious allegations of dowry harassment and triple talaq made by his first wife, Farida Bano. The accused had "divorced" his first wife over a phone call and married a Pakistani woman on video call.

According to the report published by Dainik Bhaskar, Bano filed a complaint at the Bhadra police station, leading to a lookout notice being issued for Rehman. The police, under DSP SC-ST Cell Hanumangarh Ranveer Sai, are transporting him back to Churu for further investigation. Rajasthan Man Marries Pakistani Woman on Video Call After Falling in Love, Booked for Dowry Harassment After First Wife Files Complaint.

Bano claimed she supported Rehman’s business by selling her dowry and accused him of betrayal. She alleged that Rehman cheated on her and married a Pakistani woman, Mehvish, who she claimed was a spy and entered India illegally. Bano also alleged that Rehman issued her a triple talaq over the phone.

Mehvish, from Lahore, married Rehman in a second marriage and is currently in India on a 45-day tourist visa. Bano has called for government intervention, asserting that Rehman intended to bring Mehvish to India illegally. Anju-Like Case Emerges Again, Indian Woman Visits Pakistan Using Fake Passport To Marry Instagram Lover; Know How She Got Caught.
