According to an ANI tweet, Nirmal Singh had tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday, as informed by KBS Sidhu, Special Chief Secretary, Punjab Disaster Management. With this, the death toll in the country due to COVID-19 increased to 51.
On Wednesday, the first coronavirus patient from Mumbai’s Dharavi died. The 56-year-old man was tested positive for COVID-19 earlier in the day. He was then shifted to Sion Hospital.
