When he checked the glass, Rawat discovered a cockroach inside it. He immediately removed his phone and took a picture. Later, he called the waiter and the owner and brought the incident to their attention. Post this, the lounge's owner took Rawat and his friend to the kitchen and showed them the shaker in which the coffee was prepared.
