Raipur, July 2: In a unique way of protest, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) corporator Manoj Prajapati on Tuesday dumped sludge in Raipur Municipal Corporation in Chhattisgarh. Prajapati alleged that the civic body is not working efficiently in his area. The entire incident was recorded on the camera and the video is doing rounds on social media. In the video, Prajapati can be seen carrying a black polythene bag full of mud. He then dumped the mud in the middle of the house and raised slogans against the municipal corporation. Other BJP corporators also joined him and raised slogans against the civic body. After the incident, the house was adjourned for some time. In 2015 local body elections, the saffron party managed to win only four out of 10 municipal corporations. In addition to this, the BJP bagged only 16 out of 39 municipalities and 37 out 109 Nagar Panchayats.
