Chennai, July 17: Seventeen rape accused have been beaten up in the premises of the Madras High Court on Tuesday. According to CNN-News18's report. lawyers of the court thrashed the accused. These accused were held for allegedly sexually harassing an 11-year-old girl in Chennai. The victim was assaulted for than seven months. She has a hearing disorder and studies in class seventh.
The accused sexually assaulted the victim in a 300-flat complex in the heart of Chennai. The most of the flats in the complex are empty. Security men, lift operator and water suppliers in the apartment where the minor girl stays, were amongst the accused. Police are probing the incident. The accused were today taken to the Madras Court.

The victim was sedated with injections, drug-laced soft drinks and a powder. They even made to sniff her powder drugs before sexually assaulting her. The accused also video graphed the incident to blackmail her. The victim told police that Ravi Kumar, 66, an elevator operator first sexually assaulted her. Rave then brought two men who video graphed themselves raping her.
