New Delhi, July 4: The Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested the Principal of Mother Khazani Convent School in connection with CBSE paper leak case. The Principal has been arrested by the Delhi police, months after two teachers of the same school were arrested for their involvement in the paper leak. Reports inform that three people had already been arrested by the police.
In April, two teachers of a Bawana school and a tutor of a coaching centre in the same area were arrested for allegedly leaking the CBSE Class XII Economics exam questions. The accused, identified as Rishabh Antil and Rohit Vats, were teachers at Mother Khazani Convent School.
Reports inform that Rishabh taught physics while Rohit taught math at the Mother Khazani Convent School in Mungeshpur, along the Delhi-Haryana border. The names of the teachers cropped up while police were questioning a tutor in connection with the paper leak.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Delhi Police Crime Branch arrested the teachers for their alleged role in leaking the class XII Central Board of Secondary Education economics paper.
Reports informed that the two arrested teachers of the Convent School had met three students on the school premises an hour before the Economics exam.
