Ferozpur, October 29: An operation party of the Border Security Forces (BSF) nabbed two Pakistani Nationals on Sunday near the Border Out Post (BOP) in Punjab's Ferozepur Sector. The arrested Pakistani nationals belong to the Baloch Regiment of the Pakistan Army. The security forces apprehended the Pakistani nationals when they were approaching the Indian side at around 5:10 pm. The Pakistan army soldiers arrested near the BOP, Ferozepur are Identified as Siraj Ahmed (31) and Mumtaz Khan (38). The security forces also recovered Rs 3,660, a mobile phone and a SIM card from Mumtaz and two Pakistani army ID cards, four photographs, a smartphone, and Rs 1,040 from Ahmed. Sikh Youth Being Trained at ISI Facilities in Pakistan: Government of India

Earlier in April, The Punjab Police's Counter-Intelligence wing arrested four men, allegedly trained by Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), who were planning to highlight the Khalistan issue in IPL matches to be held in Mohali. The men were allegedly trained by an Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agent through social media to disturb communal harmony in the state by propagating the 'Referendum-2020' on Khalistan by setting buses and liquor vends afire.

Meanwhile, Earlier in October, 27-year-old Nishat Agrawal, held for leaking sensitive information to the ISI. Agrawal was arrested in Nagpur by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad, in coordination with their Maharashtra counterpart and the Military Intelligence. Preliminary probe has revealed that Agrawal was constantly in touch with a Facebook user named 'Sejal Kapoor', who claimed to be based in Canada. She had recently approached him with a job offer in Canada, and sought details of the BrahMos project to assess his candidature. Falling into the trap, Agrawal had shared the sensitive details.
