Kanpur, October 31: A volunteer in Gwaltoli police WhatsApp group in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur city was arrested for posting porn clips and blue films in the police and S10 WhatsApp group. According to media reports, the group was formed so that the police could remain connected and exchange messages, but a volunteer named Shamsad Ali used to post and upload blue films on the group regularly.

Media reports say that the SSP of Kanpur, Anant Dev, has formed a team of volunteers who know their district and areas well so that they can inform the police and provide inputs. Shamsad Ali was one such volunteer. But instead of sharing inputs and information, the accused shared porn clips on the group.

There were scores of people who could be seen outside the police station to try and get Shamsad Ali out of the jail, but the police refused to leave him and was locked up for posting vulgar stuff in the group and using the rights given to him for the wrong reasons.
