Bengaluru, November 2: In Bengaluru’s Madeena Nagar, a family celebrating a birthday fell victim to thieves who stole 30 grams of gold ornaments and INR 2.3 lakh in cash from their home. The incident occurred last week while the family was gathered on the ground floor for the festivities, leaving the first floor unguarded.

According to the Times of India, the two suspects, who were seen traveling on a scooter, reportedly attempted break-ins at several other homes in the area earlier that day but hadn’t succeeded in stealing any valuables. However, spotting the celebration at Akbar Shariff’s home, they parked their scooter some distance away and discreetly entered the house. Bengaluru: Thief Allegedly Snatches Woman’s Chain As She Recites Slokas at Vinayaka Temple in Mahalakshmi Layout, Video Goes Viral.
