Patna, August 30: Two men from Bihar, who were working as migrant labourers in Kashmir, abducted two girls from the region to marry them. According to a tweet by ANI, the two men were working in Ramban district of the state and fell in love with two women there. Reports inform that the men allegedly kidnapped the two girls and brought them to Supual district in Bihar. The two brothers are in grave trouble after marrying two Kashmiri sisters as the incident comes days after Article 370, which grants special status to Jammu and Kashmir was abrogated. Reports inform that on Thursday, the Kashmir police arrested the two brothers, Mohammed Tabrez, 26 and Mohammed Parwez, 24, from their house in Rambishanpur village in Bihar.

According to an update by ANI, the DSP of Sadar informed that the father of the women had registered FIR in Kashmir. The Police arrested the two men on charges of abducting the two Kashmiri sisters, who are adults. A report by Hindustan Times informs that the family members of the brothers, the duo worked as masons at Nagma Banihal village of Ramban district in Kashmir for about four years. The family further added saying that the boys fell in love with the Kashmiri sisters and began dating them, following which they decided to get married.
