Patna, November 15: An argument broke out between Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey and several locals who had gathered outside his guest house in Bihar to protest against defunct machines at hospital in Buxar. According to a tweet by ANI, the protesters have been staging protest against the defunct ultrasound machine at district hospital there. A local activist who was among the protesters outside guest house where the Minister was staying, said that the ultrasound machine at the district hospital is lying defunct since last 10 months and nothing has been done so far.

In October, two men splashed ink on Choubey during his visit to the Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) where he had gone to check on the dengue patients. Reports inform that the men threw ink on the BJP leader when he approached his official vehicle parked outside the hospital.
