Jamshedpur, September 11: For allegedly engaging in unnatural sex with a calf at Gaghidih inside the boundaries of the Bagbera police station on Saturday, authorities on Sunday filed a FIR against a reported Bangladeshi male. The incident was reported in Jharkhand's Jamshedpur city. The calf's owner, Shyam Bhadur Prasad, reported the incident to the police after viewing the CCTV video of his cowshed on Sunday and saw the accused having sex with the animal.

The accused carried out the hideous crime on Saturday at approximately 8:00 pm. On Sunday morning, the owner of the calf claimed to have seen it on the CCTV camera. The 33-year-old accused has been identified as Saidul Sheikh and is currently missing. According to Jha, the accused, a daily wager who has been residing in the region for some time, has a FIR filed against him under Section 377 of the IPC, and an arrest search is now underway. Hindu outfit leaders arrived at the police station shortly after the news had circulated and demanded the arrest of the suspect. Anand Kumar, vice-president of the BJP Kisan Morcha district committee, requested his arrest within 24 hours.
