The bodies of a 29-year-old woman, her two young daughters, and her husband were discovered after a relative raised concerns about their well-being. Initial investigations indicate that the mother allegedly strangled her daughters before taking her own life, while the father took his own life after discovering their bodies. The horrific incident came to light on the morning of October 14, when Avinash's younger brother, Udhay Kumar, a physical education trainer, grew worried after receiving reports from neighbours about the family's failure to open their door. Concerned for their safety, Udhay forced entry into the home in Yeddyurappa Nagar, only to make the grim discovery of his brother's lifeless body hanging from the ceiling, along with the bodies of Mamatha and their daughters lying on the bed.
