Mumbai, August 30: During the investigation of the sexual assault on two four-year-olds at Adarsh School in Badlapur, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) traced the accused's first wife residing in Palghar district. In her statement to the officers, she described him as a sexual pervert, providing crucial insights into his character. The police have officially recorded her statement as part of the ongoing investigation.

The ex-wife said that she left the accused just five days after their marriage, citing his violent sexual behaviour. SIT sources indicated that the woman’s statement will be crucial evidence in prosecuting the accused. The investigation revealed that the accused had been married three times, with two of his wives leaving him within ten days of marriage. His current wife, who still lives with him, is pregnant.
