Babulal Gaur Dies, Former Madhya Pradesh CM Passes Away at Narmada Hospital in Bhopal

Madhya Pradesh Former Chief Minister and BJP leader Babulal Gaur passed away at Narmada Hospital on Wednesday morning. From Tuesday, his condition worsened with a massive drop in the pulse rate. His kidneys were also not functioning properly and according to reports, it can also be a case of multiple organ failure, which led to his death.

Bhopal, August 21: Madhya Pradesh Former Chief Minister and BJP leader Babulal Gaur passed away at Narmada Hospital on Wednesday morning. Earlier this month, he was admitted to the hospital ICU after his lungs were infected. From Tuesday onwards, his condition worsened with a massive drop in his pulse rate.  His kidneys showed signs of malfunction. On preliminary examination on August 7, doctors found symptoms of pneumonia. So he was immediately rushed to the ICU. Since Monday, several politicians have been thronging the hospital to know about the wellbeing of the former state CM. Satna MP Ganesh Singh and Women Child Development Minister Imrati Devi visited Gaur at the Narmada Hospital this week.

Last month, Kaur's health had deteriorated to such an extent that he had to be bought to Delhi via air ambulance. Babulal Gaur was the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh from 23 August 2004 to 29 November 2005. After him, Shivraj Singh Chauhan became the CM.
