Rajahmundry, October 15: Eight people were killed and 13 others injured as a tourist bus fell into a gorge in Andhra Pradesh's East Godavari district on Tuesday, police said.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, where the condition of five of them is said to be critical. The bus driver apparently lost control while negotiating a curve, resulting in the accident, the police added.
