Hyderabad, August 11: At least two people were killed and one was injured after a fire broke out at a factory in Andhra Pradesh. According to a tweet by ANI, the fire broke out in Aurobindo Pharma factory in Pydibhimavaram village of Srikakulam. As soon as incident was reported, fire tenders were rushed to the spot. Earlier this month, a similar incident was reported from the southern state where blaze had engulfed the godown of Britannia biscuit factory at Konatanapadu village. As many as six fire tenders rushed to the spot and firemen are attempting to douse the flames. Reports inform that the blaze might have occurred due to an electric short-circuit.

On Saturday, at least six houses were destroyed in fire in Machilipatnam in Krishna district of the southern state. Reports inform that about six houses were destroyed in fire due to a suspected short-circuit of electrical wires.
