Vidisha, July 1: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Madhya Pradesh's Ganjbasoda, Leena Jain, approached police on Monday stating that she has received a letter in which a person has threatened to blow up Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah whenever he visits the town. "BJP MLA Leena Jain has complained to police that she has received a hand-written letter threatening to kill her and also BJP president and Union Home Minister in a bomb blast whenever he visits Ganjbasoda town," Vinayak Verma, Vidisha Superintendent of Police told PTI.

The bomb disposal and dog squads are also called from Bhopal as a precautionary measure. The government hospital and railway station are also being searched. Meanwhile, the police said that the prima facie appears to be a mentally unstable person.
