The video of the incident went viral on social media. Shah reportedly didn't suffer any serious injury in the mishap. He regained composure immediately. The BJP chief was campaigning for his party for the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
In a similar incident on Thursday too, Shah accidentally fell from his chopper after it landed in poll-bound Mizoram. According to local media reports, Amit Shah accidentally slipped and fell from his helicopter after it landed at Tlabung village in West Tuipui assembly constituency of Mizoram assembly. The BJP chief missed a step while exiting the chopper and fell flat on the ground. However, LatestLy could not verify the news.

Madhya Pradesh is going for polls on December 28 along with Mizoram. The result will be declared on December 11. Meanwhile, according to a survey released by ABP News-Lokniti CSDS, the party is predicted to win the upcoming assembly elections for the fourth time, and the Congress projected to serve in the Opposition for a fourth term in a row. The pre-election survey predicted that the BJP would defy the 15 years of anti-incumbency.
The Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led outfit would win 116 seats -- one above the majority mark, the opinion poll claimed. The Congress, on the other hand, will be restricted to 105 seats. Other parties and independents are predicted to collectively bag around nine assembly segments. Notably, the BJP has been ruling MP since 2003, while, Chouhan, the existing CM, has been serving since 2005.
