Sydney/New Delhi, June 23: Various reports from across the world arrive of passengers misbehaving with airport staff, but recently a case of Air India Captain shoplifting at Sydney airport's duty-free shop has come to the fore, following which he has been suspended. The complaint was filed against Captain Rohit Bhasin by Australian Regional Manager.
With the shameful incident coming to the fore, Air India spokesperson informed, "There is an initial report of one of Air India's captains Mr Rohit Bhasin who is also working as a regional director picking up a wallet from a duty-free shop in Sydney. Similar incidents of Air India Captains misbehaving with the staff has also been witnessed. Four days ago, an Air India Captain - allegedly ordered the junior staff to wash his lunchbox. The incident took place on Monday at the Bengaluru airport onboard the Bengaluru- Kolkata flight in front of passengers, following which the crew member took offence and heated exchange soon followed even as the flight was ready to take off.
