The police are investigating if the man acted on his own will or was he acting on behalf of a larger group. The fact that he could travel on a fake identity from Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, even as the security arrangements are tight, has raised questions. Jammu and Kashmir has been under strict security arrangement ever since the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5.
