Narendra Modi Takes Up Fitness Challenge From Virat Kohli, Shares Video Nominating HD Kumaraswamy, Manika Batra & Others

Last month Indian skipper, Virat Kohli gave a fitness challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his wife actress Anushka Sharma. This came after sports minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore urged Indian to get fitter as a part of #HumFitTohIndiaFit. Virat Kohli took up the challenge posted a fitness video of his own. Today morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined the fitness challenge and shared his own morning routine in a fitness video shared on his Twitter account.

In the video shared by PM Narendra Modi, he is seen doing some stretching exercises and yoga and also said that he walks on a track inspired by the five elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu and Akash. Further he nominated Karnataka's CM HD Kumaraswamy, 2018 CWG higest medal winner Manika Batra and fraternity of IPS officers, especially above 40.
In a self-made video posted on Twitter, Rathore urged Indians to stay fit. He did 10 push-ups and also praised PM Modi by calling him source of inspiration for staying fit. Rathore's challenge was also accepted by Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju and Union Finance Minister Piyush Goyal, who also took to Twitter to share their fitness mantras. Narendra Modi's fitness video will surely motivate others to do the same and stay fit.
