For the safety of the commuters, Western Railways has its Sakhi WhatsApp group to provide help and assistance. Women passengers will have to add 9004449698 to become a part of this group. The intention of the group is to provide seamless communication between women commuters and lady officers of the RPF in cases of any emergency.

How to complain on Sakhi:

The commuter has to add the number, and WhatsApp regarding any complain or trouble that they may face during their time of travel. Problems like fights on the trains, any male passengers travelling in ladies coach, hawkers problem, or, anything which has troubled women in the ladies compartment during their journey. This service is available 24 hours and the commuter can WhatsApp anytime.
