Mumbai Girl Strips in Lift, When Cops Without Female Personnel Insisted Her to Come to Police Station
As per SC ruling, no woman can be arrested after sunset and before sunrise.
Mumbai, October 29: In a shocking incident that took place in the city, a content writer and an aspiring model stripped inside a lift at a residential complex in Andheri, when cops insisted her to come to the police station at 3 am. This happened, after having an altercation with a security guard, and she dialled 100. According to a Times of India report, in a Facebook post, she narrated the incident, and tagged commissioner of police, chief minister and Prime Minister in it. The case is not clear, why the police wanted the woman to accompany them to the police station. No FIR has been registered yet. As per reports, she had a fight with the security guard, because the latter refused to run an errand at 1 am. It was reportedly then, that she dialled 100 and complained that the guard misbehaved with her. On the other hand, the guard claimed that the woman assaulted him.
As per SC ruling, no woman can be arrested after sunset and before sunrise. In the video, which was clicked, it can be seen that she starts undressing to drive the cops and the bystanders away. Police asked her to file a complaint, and she has reportedly registered her complaint.
