Mumbai, June 26: A fire broke out on Tuesday at a high-rise based in Mumbai's Marine Drive locality. At least four fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse off the flames.
Reports said the blaze erupted on the second floor of Mittal Court, located at Nariman Point, at 3pm. The plush area houses top industrial and governmental bodies. A fire brigade official, while speaking to reporters, said the blaze was "minor" and was completely doused off within few minutes.
No injuries have been reported in the fire incident. The building was completely evacuated by the fire-brigade personnel.

Although the prima facie reason for the fire appears to be a short-circuit, an inquiry would be conducted, said an official.
This is the second major fire reported in Mumbai in the past two weeks. Earlier, on June 13, a major fire broke out at the 32nd floor of BeauMonde building, which houses celebrity Deepika Padukone among other influential personalities. No injuries were reported in the blaze. Two firemen were, however, admitted after they inhaled toxic smoke.
