Mumbai, September 27: In a miraculous incident, an eight-year-old boy had a dramatic escape after he was run over by a car in his building compound in Goregaon (East). The CCTV clip of the incident went viral on Wednesday, shocking viewers and prompting police to register an FIR against the motorist. According to a Times of India report, the incident took place at Sadguru Complex, when the boy was playing with friends. e clip shows the woman getting into her vehicle but she doesn’t see the boy, who is bent over alongside the car, tying his shoelaces. The driver then runs over him, the boy is caught unaware, even as the car runs over him. The lady driver stays in the same apartment.

The boy has suffered few scratches on his knees and bruises on his head. The family didn't want to file a complaint, but the police insisted they do, once the video went viral. The father of the boy has said that they need a solution for parking inside the building. The lady driver's licence will also get suspended.
