Mika Singh Reports Theft of Rs 3 Lakh Cash, Jewellery From His Oshiwara Flat in Mumbai

According to the recordings from the CCTV footage, police are suspecting, Ankit Vasan, 27, who used to help Mika organise his projects and live shows.

Mumbai, July 31: Singer Mika Singh has lodged a complaint at Oshiwara Police Station reporting a theft of around Rs 3 lakh, including gold jewellery worth Rs 2 Lakh, which took place at his house yesterday. Police have registered a case, and further investigation on the matter has started, according to a report on ANI.

A Mumbai Mirror report states that investigators are on the lookout for one of Mika's aides who was seen entering and leaving the Enclave building in Oshiwara between 3 pm and 4 pm when the theft allegedly happened.

According to the recordings from the CCTV footage, police are suspecting, Ankit Vasan, 27, who used to help Mika organise his projects and live shows. He had been working with the singer for over a decade. In fact, Vasan used to stay at Mika's studio, and he had unrestricted access to Mika' apartment. Even the building's watchman was familiar with the person concerned, and never suspected when he went inside the house or left. Following the theft, Ankit has been missing from the scene of action.
