Man Murders Wife Over Extramarital Affair, Confesses Crime in a Self-Shot Video & Kills Himself

Mumbai, July 5: In a shocking murder case, a 28-year-old man from Thane hacked his wife to death because he suspected her of having an affair with his cousin. According to a Times of India report, the accused Ajeet, a resident of Daisar village had serious suspicion on his wife, with whom he had been married to for the last seven years.

After murdering the woman, he confessed to the crime in a self-shot video and then killed himself in the wee hours of Wednesday. Ajeet attacked his wife with an axe when the latter  was asleep. He sent the video to his sister and his wife's brother.

In the video, he has blamed his cousin for the reason behind the twin deaths. Reportedly, his cousin has been arrested for allegedly abetting the murder-suicide.
