Madhya Pradesh, July 30: In another tragic incident, a 2-storey building has collapsed in Madhya Pradesh's Vidisha. According to an ANI alert, three persons have been rescued till now. Rescue operations are underway. More details on the same are awaited. Over the last one month, there have been similar cases of building collapse being reported across the country.

In a similar incident that took place in Greater Noida few days back, two buildings had collapsed. Reportedly, the death toll shot up to around 10, and several were injured in it. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced compensation of Rs 2 lakh each for the next of kin of those killed in the incident. The Chief Minister also announced Rs 50,000 each for those injured.
A week back, after a five-storey building collapsed near Missal Gadi in Akash Nagar area, seven people were severely injured in it. According to previous reports, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team recovered one body from the site while the rescued ones were sent to the nearby hospital.
