Terrorists fired upon a 42 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) camp at Tral. More details awaited.

Four terrorists were neutralised in an encounter by security forces in Bijbehara's Arwani in district Anantnag, today. Incriminating materials including arms and ammunition were recovered from the site of encounter.

Two terrorists have been killed in an encounter in Baramulla's Keeri. The operation has concluded.

Congress president  Rahul Gandhi questioned Narendra Modi government's decision to remove  CBI chief. Gandhi said, "CBI Director was not only removed, his room was sealed. The incriminating documents that were with him were taken away and that is why the work was done at 2 AM. Not only the Director is being removed, efforts are also made to suppress evidence."

CEC OP Rawat, EC Sunil Arora and EC Ashok Lavasa will visit poll bound Chhattisgarh on November 31 and December 1 to meet district administration officials for reviewing the poll-preparedness in the state.
