On Tuesday, in the latest political development in Karnataka it was revealed that, Congress will get 24 ministerial portfolios while the JD(S) will have 12 ministers in the cabinet of 34. Following the spread of the deadly virus Nipah, which has claimed several lives in Kerala, Telangana is also on high alert.

As per the Draft Passenger Charter being prepared by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, no cancellation charge would be levied if the flight ticket is cancelled within 24 hours after the booking.If the flight gets delayed by more than 4 hours, the passenger will have the option of claiming full refund, the charter said. The Aviation Ministry will further impose a fine on airlines, if their non-adherence to the schedule leads to passenger missing his connecting flight.
