The summit is scheduled for June 12 in Singapore, largely seen as a neutral spot. But with this statement by the President, a cloud of uncertainty now hangs on the summit that was seen as a breakthrough meeting, if it takes place. President Trump made the remark while he met South Korea's President Moon Jae-in.
