Yamuna Nagar, December 14: Voting for the Yamuna Nagar Municipal Corporation Elections 2018 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, i.e., December 16. The Yamuna Nagar Nigam polls are seen as a crucial test for ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as well as Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2019. This year, Indian National Congress (INC) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are not contesting Nigam Polls even there are candidates supported by Congress party.

The Election Commission (EC) of India has released the voters' list online. Here's how you can check your name in the voter list online:

  • Go to the Yamuna Nagar official website yamunanagar.nic.in

  • Click on the link that says 'General Election Municipal Corporation Yamuna Nagar 2018'

  • Click on the link 'Final Voter List Municipal Corporation Yamuna Nagar'.

Along with Yamuna Nagar, voting will also take place for other Haryana civic bodies including Municipal Committees and Municipalities on December 16. The Yamuna Nagar MC Poll Results 2018 will be declared on December 19.
