Who is Justice Sanjiv Khanna?
Born on May 14, 1960, Justice Sanjiv Khanna has established a commendable legal career marked by significant achievements. He completed his schooling at Modern School in New Delhi in 1977, followed by his graduation from St Stephen's College in 1980. Justice Khanna then pursued a law degree at the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, laying a solid foundation for his future in the judiciary. He began his legal journey by enrolling with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1983.
He initially practised in the District Courts at Tis Hazari, Delhi, before transitioning to the High Court, where he dealt with a diverse array of legal matters, including constitutional law, taxation, and environmental law.
