After so much preparation for his role here, we wonder if Varun Dhawan would start his own clothing label after the release of the film.
Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma are playing the lead in Sharat Khataria's Sui Dhaaga: Made in India. This is the first time Varun is working with Yash Raj Films who is producing Sui Dhaaga (Anushka has made her debut with the banner and has done a few movies with them). Varun is playing a tailor in the film, while Anushka, who plays his wife, is an embroiderer. The movie is about how these two fights the patriarchal system and small-minded mentality to start their own business venture.
To prepare for his role of Mauji, Varun Dhawan has been taking up tailoring lessons to get into the skin of the character. YRF has released a new video that has the actor learning sewing, as he cuts, stitched and creates clothes and designs. In the video, Varun also revealed that he has made shirts, pants and even a pillow-case. Watch the video below -
