New Delhi, June 24: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has opened the application window for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024, aiming to fill approximately 17,727 vacancies for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts across various Ministries, Departments, and Organizations of the Government of India, as well as various Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and Tribunals.

Eligible candidates can apply through the official SSC website from June 24, 2024, to July 24, 2024. The last date for fee payment is July 25, 2024. SSC will conduct the Tier-I (Computer-Based Examination) in September-October 2024, followed by the Tier-II exam in December 2024. SSC CGL Recruitment 2024: How to Apply?

  1. Visit the official website, ssc.gov.in.

  2. Register yourself on OTR (one time registration)

  3. On successful registration, proceed with the application form

  4. Fill out the application form carefully by providing category, nationality, identification mark, permanent address, present address.

  5. Upload documents, pay application fee, and submit

  6. Take a printout of the application form for future reference

The crucial date for age determination is August 1, 2024. Final-year graduates can also apply, provided they possess the required qualifications by this date. Applicants must generate a one-time registration (OTR) on the new website, ssc.gov.in, as previous OTRs from ssc.nic.in are not valid. Once generated, the OTR will remain valid for future examinations.
