Saudi Woman Crosses Border, Enters India to Get Married to Lover in Nizamabad

New Delhi, June 3: A woman from an affluent Saudi family crossed border and entered India from Nepal to be with her lover. The man, who the woman was in love with, is a 30-year-old migrant from Nizamabad and was her father’s driver. The 27-year old woman travelled all the way from Nepal and tied a knot with the man in Nizamabad.
According to a report by TOI, the man (the Saudi woman’s boyfriend) returned to India in February. The report informs that the girl had told her boyfriend that she cannot live away from him and would reach him soon. Soon after the daughter sneaked to India, the father flew to Hyderabad in search of her and lodged a complaint against the boy and his daughter. The woman meanwhile, gave a statement to the Hyderabad Central Crime Station that she wants to stay in India with her husband.
Deputy commissioner of police (CCS) Avinash Mohanty told TOI that the girl slipped out of Saudi Arabia in May and entered India illegally through the Indo-Nepal border. As per police details, the woman reached New Delhi from where she was picked up by her boyfriend and then got married in Nizamabad.
After the daughter went missing, her father flew down to Hyderabad along with Saudi Arabia embassy officials in search of her. As per the report, sleuths reached Nizamabad and traced the girl this week. When asked, she refused to return, Reports inform that as the girl entered India illegally, she approached the Indian government to help her in regularising her stay by granting permission.
